My cakes taste fantastic as a result of an extensive taste-testing process (and the special help of my 4-year-old mixer extraordinaire).
Cake flavors include chocolate and vanilla. I make icing in a wide variety of flavors including swiss meringue buttercream, chocolate ganache, and marzipan.
